The Journey Begins...
I have decided to cut out gluten to see if it makes a difference to my health. I often have tummy ache after eating, and have noticed this is usually after a pasta meal. Having looked at gluten sensitivity online, a lot of the symptoms match. Whilst I am not self-diagnosing, I am going to cut down on gluten products and eventually eliminate it completely for a few weeks and see if there are any changes. I will use this blog as a way of recording my day - food, symptoms and findings.
Day 1 - I totally forgot already and had Subway for breakfast. I had a small tummy ache. For lunch I had gluten free nuggets, half a jacket and beans and cheese. Also a gluten free brownie. For dinner (I ate out) I had chicken (with bbq sauce, bacon and cheese) and chips and beans. Accidentally ate a couple of fairy cakes. Had some tummy pain after eating dinner. Normal night though.
Day 2 - Was out and about at lunch time so ended up having a chicken caesar wrap. Bought some gluten free chocolate slices from Morrisons and had a gluten free lasagne for dinner. Was edible but not overly nice. Still had a little tummy pain after eating.
